This is another view of the in-depth assessment given to Loan Officers from a large 5,000+ employee bank. These assessments were taken before the hiring process, with the candidates each separated into 3 categories:

– Not Recommended for Hire
– Conditionally Recommended for Hire
– Recommended for Hire

After 73 Loan officers were hired and employed for a period of 18 months, our research found that the Loan Officers who were categorized as “Recommended for Hire” outperformed those who were categorized as “Not Recommended for Hire” by a ratio higher than 2 to 1.
