Assessments – Supervisors

In a Large Retail Operation, Supervisors all took SelectionLink’s Self-Select Assessment.

Supervisors who scored in the “Recommended” range on the Self-Select achieved 107% of their department sales quota compared to “Not Recommended” Supervisors who only attained 92% of quota.
