Over a 3-year period, a large 500+ unit restaurant company lowered its Manager turnover rate from 54% to 17% through only hiring Managers who scored as “Recommended” on the Pro-Select Hospitality Manager Interview.

After hiring only “Recommended” Managers, the turnover rate decreased to 17% for the same company.
